• Home Inspection MN – Certified Minnesota Home Inspections

Your home is the most important and most expensive purchase you will ever make. However, unlike the other purchases that buyers make with a guarantee attached to it, your home often comes WITHOUT a money-back guarantee or even a return policy. This is true even if you are not satisfied with your purchase. So once you buy a home, you are on your own in its maintenance, repair, problems, and costs. This is the reason why you have to know as much about your potential home as you possibly can before you sign on the dotted line and close that deal.
  • Minnesota Mold Inspection

There has been so much media attention surrounding mold. Prospective home buyers want a home that has been mold-inspected. Mold sampling has become a standard practice during a home inspection. You should not buy a home with mold, sell a home with mold or live in a home with mold. A mold inspection is your first line of defense!

To find out if mold is a problem in your home, you MUST have a mold inspection conducted by a certified home inspector.

  • Minnesota Radon Testing

Radon is the leading cause of cancer for non-smokers!

The EPA recommends that all homes be tested for radon. If you live in an area where elevated radon levels are sometimes detected, it is strongly recommended that you have a radon screening test performed. If your house or building is in an area where radon levels are generally low, it is up to you to decide whether to have a radon screening preformed. Just because a building is in an area with typically low radon levels does not means that the radon level in the particular building you are purchasing will be low.
